Last night was awesome. Each time I’m part of a performance I get nauseous without the puking part. Like I’ve mentioned in previous posts I play Andrew one of the apostles in Jesus Christ Superstar. The cool thing about this show is that it’s a rock opera. We have three guitarists Emmanuel Armstrong, Cameron Reichert, and Scott Denniston each are rockin apostles, Steve our kick ass drummer, and Justin Brown on the keyboard. Does it sound totally awesome… yes it does. Last nights cast energy was incredible what a way to start the first of Fourteen shows. The part of the play that got me choked up was when we the apostles sang Could We Start Again Please. Kevin Bueling and Chelsey Murphy did so much to make the mood perfect. Who doesn’t regret and wish they could start again please?
If you can you make a show at the Shane Center in Livingston, Montana do it. If you are elsewhere ask around and find out if anyone is doing Jesus Christ Superstar it’s an incredible show.
